What does the Minecraft Creeper error mean?
The Creeper code says the game can't reach the sign-in servers while you play with a Microsoft account. According to Mojang's Creeper article, the cause is usually a poor internet connection; the named code list describes it as "unable to connect to your world due to a network issue".

The Creeper error means the game couldn't reach Microsoft's sign-in servers because of a weak connection; it isn't a ban. Close the game, wait a moment and reopen it, check your internet, then sign out of your Microsoft account and back in.
How to fix the Creeper error
- Close and restart the game; network errors come and go, so let background processes finish.
- Check your internet: restart the modem, and on weak Wi-Fi switch to a cable or move closer to the modem.
- Sign out of your Microsoft account in Minecraft and back in; this resets the sign-in session.

I still get Creeper
Check for outages: Mojang announces temporary outages on the PlayFab and Xbox Live status pages. If there's none, go to the general steps: sign out and restart the device, close non-Minecraft programs, check your internet, disable Add-Ons, free up storage, and make sure you're on the same version as your friend. On Windows you can also run the Xbox Gaming Services Repair Tool. If nothing works, back up your worlds and reinstall.
Creeper doesn't mean your account was banned; the ban code is Cobblestone. Every code's meaning is in the error codes list.
