Why didn't my Hero Cape show up?

  • It may not be instant: the check runs online and confirmation can be delayed. If it never arrives, contact Minecraft customer service.
  • Playing couch co-op on a friend's console still needs your own account signed in.
  • Check which account you played the first Dungeons on; the reward is tied to that account only.
  • Order matters: first see that Dungeons II lets you equip the cape, then launch Java or Bedrock on the same account.

Where do I redeem the Aurora Cape code?

If you finished the watch quest, the code lands in your Twitch Inventory or your TikTok notifications. Redeem it at minecraft.net/redeem on the same Microsoft account. There is 1 code per account and the last day is October 31, 2026.

The Aurora Cape only unlocks in Minecraft; don't look for it in Dungeons II.

I pre-ordered, so why can't I see the Twisted Cape?

Sign in to Dungeons II on the Microsoft account you pre-ordered with and check that the pre-order items arrived in the game. Then open Bedrock or Java on the same account; the cape shows up in Minecraft after that.

If you pre-ordered a physical copy, redeem the code from the box on your platform's store first: xbox.com/redeem for Xbox, the eShop for Nintendo, and the redeem code screen in the PlayStation Store.

What are the Camp Out rewards, and when is the deadline?

The Camp Out community challenge ran from September 26 to October 2, 2026 and was completed: players placed 200 million cushions and 50 million straw beds. The rewards add up to 4 Character Creator items and 2 Java skins.
